Cancellations

Course Enrolment

• You may cancel your enrolment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed the course content (for example, watched lessons, downloaded materials, or participated in live sessions).

• After 24 hours, or once the course content has been accessed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, we’re always happy to discuss options such as course transfers or credits toward future learning.

Live Workshops & Webinars

• You may cancel your registration for a live event up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund due to reserved seats and preparation costs.

Refunds

We strive to process all eligible refunds as quickly as possible.

• Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and resolve any issues promptly.

Exceptions

Our refund policy does not apply to:

• Completed courses or programs where the majority of content has been accessed.

• Downloadable products or digital resources delivered upon purchase.

• Services that have already been rendered (for example, personalized coaching sessions or completed consultations).
